Staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet. We got room with bidets. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Vero Amore.

15 mins walk away from piazza della signoria. An easy walk to All'antico vinaio, where you can have lunch. Free Wi Fi was ideal for what we needed. Santa Maria Novella neighborhood was worth exploring.
